Thanks, chaps.

Usually it takes only 90 sec. to 2 min for answer to
be received by me (6000 miles?).  After 5 minutes I
got concerned.

Judging by John's reply in the same time zone as the
server, my reply took about 30 minutes but at least
the server is still working.
