[ROVERNET - UK] Interest for a Rover Owner Register

I have asked and Rudiger prefers not to provide a
public Owner Register.

I often see this feature at car club sites.  Do any
fellow List members know where Rover owners may
register publicly?
 
If not, what is the interest level for this among my
fellow 'Netters?
