James,
The Rovernet is a mailing list or discussion method
for Rover car enthusiasts.  We get email.  Why don't
you set up a web page with classified information?  
Your signature can have the web page address so each
time you send a message, the URL appears.

eg. The RCCC has a full featured web host for little
money.
On the other hand, Register.com offers web page
hosting, domain name registration, and a web page
template system for people just entering the web page
game.

Just a thought......
