I'm talking about the rubber mounts on a 4, SC.  I can't see any cutdown.

It all depends on what model you are talking about. If you do mean a P6 (i.e
a 4 cylinder model) then on TC models the mountings do differ left from
right. The LH one has a bas which is cut down in order to provide clearance
for the manifold etc. You can therefore use a LH one on the Right, but to do
it vice versa you will need to cut the base plate.

On V8 models the mounts are the same on each side.
