[ROVERNET - UK] P3 gearbox

Hi i have a question for any P3 owners...........I,ve not got use of 4th 
gear at the moment........I,ve taken the tunnel off and the 
cover................I see that the selector arm is slipping over the slot 
for the arm, thuis not pushing in the gear selector all the 
way..............I know how the arm comes off in my 2000TC but i loosened 
the selector arm on the shaft but it didn,t move..............Is it just 
burred or something or am i missing something...........I assume if i get 
the arm off i can fix it by welding a small piece on to lengthen 
it............Also does anyone know where to get new rubber engine 
mounts.......
