[ROVERNET - UK] Amphicar (non-Rover)

I am in Ft Lauderdale, and saw an Amphicar that was carried on a yacht,  at
a shop for minor paint. There IS a Rover connection. This one had nice
original bumpers, but usually they are rusted or missing. Rover 2000
