Well, now it is confessional time:

I and a buddy used it to dry out gunpowder while living at a student 
dormitory. Later, at military service, we were both placed in the Anti 
Terror Bomb Squad. Turned out the bunch of guys there were the same sort.

Learned us there is only a very fine knife edge's difference between the 
right and the wrong side.....
