[ROVERNET - UK] Sticking float jets

I will second the recommendation for "Grosse Jets". My Carbs had all the 
symptoms previously mentioned, and I tried many adjustments, (even fuel pressure).
After replacing the float valve with Grosse Jets, no more problems.
