[ROVERNET - UK] Power steering to Manual Steering for SD1

On of the Rover specialist in Brisbane (House of Rover use to put in the 
Volvo racks as they said they did not blow the seals like the genuine ones. 
The impression  I got at the time is that they were interchangeable with 
minimum effort
