I would say fixing a cilinderhead is way easier
than swapping a complete engine.

The oil pump cover (with switches and filter) can be swapped from the
P6B.

I have an SD1 with a likely bent valve and a P6B with a dud body and a
leaking Welch plug.  Which would be the worse, swapping the engines or
fixing the head?
