OK John I got the telephone number squared away and talked to P6 guy.  The 
car is a parts car and missing the carbs and has not been driven in the last 
ten years.  He will take less than the $695 but scrap metal prices are high 
so he will most likely scrap it out along with about forty or so other cars 
that he has.  Here in the southwest this is what is happening to many of the 
cheep, read; needs total restoration, P6s.  Now P6Bs, that's another story,
