After doing quite a bit of research on this subject I chose to use Red
Line Oils MT 90 synthetic manual transmission oil.
http://www.redlineoil.com/products_gearlubricants.asp?pvID=74&prodID=57&
subcatID=18
It doesn't bulk on second when cold, nor does the shift quality
deteriorate when it gets very hot because the oil has a very high
viscosity index which is not affected by variations in temperature. MT
90 is the latest thicker 75W90 version of MTL.

You could use a product by BG. It replaces gear oil or engine oil or ATF
used in transmissions. Called Synchro Shift. google BG Lubricants.
