[ROVERNET - UK] cartoon

Jose,

This is the only place I've seen this cartoon (in the Rover Car Club of
Auckland, New Zealand) and I think it's the one you are looking for. I'm not
aware of any book it was published in; probably in a newspaper at some time.
Anyway, follow this link and it is the cartoon at the top of the page. There
are other cartoons; all mentioning Rover.

hello  everyone !!
i  was wondering if any of you has  ( and could send me an image ) of 
the brockbank  cartoon  in which an irate british gentleman ( i  don't 
think it was colonel upsett )  finds his rover boot mounted spare used 
as a trash can .
it would be even better  if someone could tell me in which of the books 
the cartoon can be found.
