It was actually quite successful considering it was built by a small
independent maker.  Nearly 7,000 were built, including 320 of the
all-wheel-drive FF.  A large proportion of them were sold in the US, and
they are not particularly rare here, though finding good ones can be
difficult.  I have a very nice original one which has been in California
its whole life, so has no rust which is what killed most of them.

The Jensen and the Jag weren't really aimed at the same market.  The
Jensen was more expensive and exclusive (though not necessarily better). 
It was more a competitor to Aston Martin and the like.
