brutal.  Usually notations on packages are ignored. 
In case you are lucky, a phone call by me to a customs
agent resulted in:

"Classic car spare parts, 25 years of older"
8708.99.9390

Classification number:  9966

One of the helpful clues for Canadian consumers has
already been posted.
