What do you mean about troublesome locking torque converter on the BW DG
automatic transmission?

The P5, listed as a P4, Is a mid run Mk II and has the early 3L crankshaft 
and a BW DG automatic transmission and the troublesome locking torque 
converter.  Is it worth the $6500 asking price?
