Perhaps it was considered as a 1970...but keep in mind that if most cars of 
that vintage were dated by the year they wre sold not built...at least mine 
was and I have seen several others here as well.

Thanks for the information.  It would be considered a 1970.  There's
a few P6B NADA Rover's being sent back to England.  Mostly from
California.  Don't know what the Brits are paying for them.
