The Taylor book shows that the Federal, USA, P6Bs were all 3500S models. 
These cars were all certified as 1970 year models for the US and 
California.  In some states left over new cars could be sold as 1971's. 
Canada could have gotten export LHD non- US 3500's as late as 1974.  Press
