[ROVERNET - UK] P6B compression / carb adjustment - some answers

I use Redline oils MTL in my LT77. Doesn't leak past the seals like the
very thin auto trans fluids Rover at one time recommended for this box.
Improves shift quality too.

Hi Paul,
The caution not to use heavy oil was for  the LT77 transmission which
has plastic gears (and that only applies to cold climates).  For the
engines, you HAVE to use heavy oil, 20W-50 or such.  Sorry if I caused
any confusion.
