I rebuilt the fuel pump on my 2000TC back in May. It is the later one with
the valves held in without the screws. To get them out a vice is needed. You
need to peen back the metal with a punch and the valves come out quite
easily. The put in the new ones, and the using a punch knock some metal
back on the casting to hold the valves in place. It is not too hard to do
if you have the right tools. Rest of the rebuild was easy too. The kit was a
Goss kit from Scotts Old Rover parts in Melbourne Australia.

James.
