[ROVERNET - UK] the elusive Pimpernel

Just barely.  I'm trying to buy an engine from Ian.  He 
can bring it as far as Vancouver, but I need to get it 
across the line before shipping.  All the stuff I've 
gotten from Ruth has been hit hard at customs, about US$60 
so far.
