You're thinking of Rowland Copeland up in Montclair.

This other guy, Roland, is a ne'er-do-well from California, if I'm not 
mistaken.   ;-)

I left a message on Rowland's phone last week but haven't heard back 
from him. I have some pics of his car going up on the RSTCA website soon.
