[ROVERNET - UK] Dim lights & iffy temperature

Hello all

I have two questions: My speedo and other gauges (strip type) are very very 
dimly lit even when I have the knob turned all the way up, what can I do?

Will a temp sender from a 3500 work in my 2000 TC?  If not does any one want 
to trade?
