[ROVERNET - UK] 3500S Project possibly for sale in Maryland

Hi guys.  I am considering switching priorities and thought I would see if there was any interest in someone taking over my (formerly Glen Wilson's) 3500 project.  I have moved and the house needs a lot more work than the car, and I am also interested in starting a project to convert a diesel to run on waste vegetable oil (stick it to the man!)

Anyway, what I have is two 1970 P6 V8s, one extremely solid that runs but in need of paint, and one with a good interior that needs to be transferred over to the good car.  I have redone the rear brakes on the solid car (a real pain), including professionally rebuilt calipers and the master and servo have been rebuilt.  The car has all the chrome off and it is ready to be painted.  Included is all the new rubber bits and labels needed for reassembly, several hundred dollars worth.

I am happy to send pictures to people who are seriously interested.  It can also still be seen on the RSTCA web site, under the heading Glen's 3500 ( http://beerinc.com/rstca/wilson3500.html )  I am not in a rush to sell, as I would still like get to the project myself, but I would rather get the cars (or car) to someone who will get to the project sooner rather than later.  Let me know if you are interested.  I would like $1700 for the lot, or if you have a diesel Mercedes to trade, so much the better.
