Ben,

I hesitate to jump into a P6 wheel debate, but they look like chrome 
wheels to me -- i.e. not Magstars.  Based on the black rims on the clock 
and tach and the hazard switch and light it is probably a 1968, so most 
likely the wheels are Rostyle and not the earlier Magnum 500.

It does, however, appear to have most of the air conditioning intact and 
the associated factory radio mounting to the left of the steering wheel 
-- these would be desirable parts to somebody.  The antenna on the right 
side of the rear decker panel is typical of late North American P6's 
with radios too.
