Why not try a couple of  local phone calls in the Portland area, for 
hydraulic repair? In fact, here is a local guy that may be able to assist, 
Ray Marty at 503-357-5640. If he cannot repair it he may know who in the 
area can. He rebuilds British car components. Failing that, I would call 
Ruth at ABC in Vancouver, B.C.
