Here's another suggestion:
I'll provide free web hosting on my server.
You pay for a domain registration (texasrovers.com
[already used]), (rovernut.org)[free], etc., etc.
Try <http://www.networksolutions.com>
In Canada (you could too :-), I pay CDN$22.00 for a
year of domain registration (including tax)
Then, you download a free FTP program (I use CoffeeCup
Free FTP). Now you can play with learning how to
prepare a website (again CoffeeCup) and send it to the
server yourself.
Or, post pictures on the Rovernet Yahoo Group.
