Hi Jan
         Thank you for the info, you asked how I bled the rear brakes if the
pads were not adjusted up. I guess as the rear calipers do not have pistons
directly operated by the brake fluid you would still build up pressure in
the lines by pumping the brake pedal. I certainly got air out of the rear
bleeder.
