[ROVERNET - UK] I am trying to find a cooling fan motor for 2001Rover 75

Is this a carbon brush or a metal sliding contact? If it is a carbon brush, 
you should be able to find one that is close and file it or shape it down to 
size. These are not really that technical in nature, if you can determine 
the size and shape required.
