A couple or three possibilities ...
* Have you replaced the ignition amplifier module on the radiator side 
of the dizzy?

Could also be injectors ... they are fired in two banks of 4.
Possible trouble spots ...
* Check the soldered joints around the large power driver transistors in 
the ECU.
* Check the connections and wiring in the injector ballast resistor box.

Both have given me grief in the past.
