[ROVERNET - UK] Findlay Irvine Ice Alert

The Rover Ice Alert folk have moved well above and
beyond their early days inventing the device for Rover

I called them about 10 years ago and asked about a
circuit diagram for the Ice Alert.  A very helpful
chap mailed one over.  It forms the basis for the
references on the RCCC website.
