Peter,
A rebuild is an option if you can't find a new one. The Flying Dutchman
in Oregon is water pump rebuilder that gets very good reviews among the
Morgan community and he did a nice job on a TR2 water pump for my Morgan
+4 including an upgrade to a better impeller. I think the cost was $110
or $120.

Mike in the machine shop at Then and Now Automotive in South Weymouth,
MA is another possible source. He specializes in fuel pump rebuilding
and making new vulcanized engine mounts -- but they also list water pump
rebuilding as a service. I don't remember whether he told me they send
them out (as they do with brake cylinder sleeving) or do them
in-house. http://www.then-now.com/
