I think "Apple" will run into the same supply problem
depending upon from whom they source their rebuild
kits.

There are NOS OEM kits laying around, kits which have
been recently produced by the successors to the OEM
companies, and kits which have been recently produced
by a reputable aftermarket company but they have
different prices depending upon whether a kit has ALL
the original parts of an OEM kit or just a kit with
typical parts which wear.

I have samples of all those.

You have to ask detailed questions of your supplier if
you want all the parts.
