[ROVERNET - UK] Rubbet boot redux

Thanks to all for all of the great suggestions and input regarding the 
handbrake cable boot.  I also realized that even though the parts book lists 
it as a separate part, a new one would definitely be split apart trying to 
fit it over the streel 'bushing' which has been crimpted on to the end of 
the cable.

I'll let you know if I figure something out.
