[ROVERNET - UK] '80 SD1 block into a '70 3500s

Hi all.

I'm rebuilding a seized '70 3500s engine, and considering using a block 
(complete) from an '80  SD1. I understand the compression ratio is 
different (9.xx:1 vs. 10:1 in the older engine), and I'm wondering if 
there are any problems or special considerations I should be aware of 
in making the exchange?
