James,
Thanks for looking.  Here are the figures stamped onto
the side of the switch body from top to bottom.

Ranco
6 (6) A    250V~
A10-1367
8-69-4P

The Rover box also has the date as 1969 so I think the
last numbers are a date stamp. But.... it's a new,
sparkly bright, switch.
