[ROVERNET - UK] Rover 2000TC running on

Hi there,

I have a 10:1 2000TC with no running on problems in Canada. In the past, I have 
found the problem lies with carbon buildup (increasing the CR and keeping a hot 
igition source) or a leak of fuel from the carbs due to overly rich mixture or 
leaks from the needles/seats. 

I suggest a rebuild of the carbs as a starting point.
