[ROVERNET - UK] TC carbs

Thanks to all for chiming in here. I will work on the carbs this week and 
let you know. This is a question. With lower octane fuel does one retard the 
ignition. That is say from 4 degrees ATDC to TDC? Regards, and again Thanks,
