[ROVERNET - UK] SC auto to TC 4-spd- how involved?

Rovernetters,
     Greetings! I was wondering how involved
converting an SC automatic to a TC 4 speed would be. I
know that the cylinder heads on TCs are different from
the SCs, so I'm imagining that the easiest way to do
it would be to get a  a complete engine, transmission,
carbs, linkages, clutch master cylinder, etc from a
TC. That's just about manageable, but would one need
to do any fabrication? Different crossmembers, holes
for the clutch master cylinder, different driveshaft,
etc.? Underhood clearance issues of any sort?
