[ROVERNET - UK] SD1 3500 US spec.

I was told there was a Rover ad that showed an engineer with an entire room 
full of reports , books and papers; that stated; "This is what we had to do 
to certify the 1980 Rover to US emissions and safety regulations. I would 
LOVE to have a copy. Does anyone have a copy of that ad? James Dean, Ft.
