[ROVERNET - UK] Rebuild approach for Ali

Ali,

I had my 3500s radiator welded the other day by an old timer, who had
much to say about "the green stuff" vs. "the red stuff". His opinion
was that the green was the only kind of coolant you should ever use
in these engines, and the red should be avoided. He also talked about
the importance of the lubricating quality in coolant, which
lubricates the water pump.
