[ROVERNET - UK] Identifying the year of a North American P6

For me, the telling detail that make this a 69 car (though I wouldn't 
go so far as to say "late" 69, is the crossflow rad. I have never 
seen a 1968 TC car with a crossflow.

But I agree, it is difficult to link P6's in NA to a specific year, 
both because the details don't seem to be year related and because, 
at least here in Canada as another poster pointed out the year of the 
car was taken as the year of registration.
